
Our company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join the team and provide first-class support to our customers via email and over the phone. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking for flexible hours, at approximately 10 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed, and the possibility of full-time in the future. This is a remote position.
RESPONSBILITIES:

Conduct high-quality phone interviews with clients.

Handle customer support inquiries for services via phone and email.

Work across internal systems to provide customers with up to date information and trouble shoot any customer issues.

Respond to customer emails quickly.
-
Identify and recommend process improvements in day to day operations.
-
Take detailed notes and enter data into system.
-
Additional responsibilities as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support capacity handling a high volume of calls, emails and chat sessions.

Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.

Fluency and mastery of English.

Excellent customer service skills & customer focus.
-
Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time.
-
Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks.

Superior decision-making skills.
This is a 1099 Contractor role.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer with internet access.

Fluency and mastery of the English language.

Ability to perform high-quality phone interviews with clients.
JOB TYPE: CONTRACTOR SALARY COMPENSATION
