Our company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join the team and provide first-class support to our customers via email and over the phone. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking for flexible hours, at approximately 10 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed, and the possibility of full-time in the future. This is a remote position.

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Conduct high-quality phone interviews with clients.

  • Handle customer support inquiries for services via phone and email.

  • Work across internal systems to provide customers with up to date information and trouble shoot any customer issues.

  • Respond to customer emails quickly.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements in day to day operations.

  • Take detailed notes and enter data into system.

  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support capacity handling a high volume of calls, emails and chat sessions.

  • Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency and mastery of English.

  • Excellent customer service skills & customer focus.

  • Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time.

  • Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks.

  • Superior decision-making skills.

This is a 1099 Contractor role.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Computer with internet access.

  • Fluency and mastery of the English language.

  • Cell phone.

  • Ability to perform high-quality phone interviews with clients.

JOB TYPE: CONTRACTOR SALARY COMPENSATION

 

  • $30-$40 per hour (DOE)
